Brian Glancy

Brian P. Glancy has been a Delaware attorney for over 20 years. He is currently with the firm of Strata Law, LLC and manages the firm’s Middletown, Delaware office. Brian’s practice focuses primarily on residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as estate planning and estate administration.
Brian is a 1983 graduate of the University of Delaware with a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. While attending the University, he was selected for membership in Omicron, Delta Epsilon, the International Economics Honor Society. Brian received his law degree from the Widener University School of Law, cum laude in 1986, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in contracts and commercial paper. In addition to his private practice, Brian has worked as an instructor in civil procedure in the University of Delaware’s continuing education department and has spoken at numerous seminars for fellow attorneys on real estate and title matters.
Brian and his wife Cindy are the parents of two MOT Charter alumni, Kathleen and Kevin. Kathleen was a member of MOT Charter’s very first 8th grade graduating class and now attends the University of Maryland as a member of its Scholars program. Kevin attends St. Elizabeth’s High School in Wilmington.
