All you do is:
Beat 1: Churn your traveling hands around each other like a referee calling a traveling violation in basketball.
Beat 2: Simultaneously snap the fingers of your left hand at your right elbow and the fingers of your right hand at about head level. Left toe taps out to left side.
Beat 3: Repeat beat one with traveling hands.
Beat 4: Simultaneously snap the fingers of your right hand at your left elbow and the fingers of your left hand at about head level. Right toe taps out to right side.
