 Jennifer Vail has been teaching at MOT Charter School for seven years as a middle school teacher. Prior to teaching, Ms. Vail spent 16 years in the private sector working for an economic development corporation in Philadelphia; in customer service and marketing at a credit card bank in Wilmington; and for a financial marketing and advertising firm in Greenville.

Ms. Vail holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware and a master's degree in Education from Wilmington Univserity.
