Vocabulary / Spelling

• No Vocabulary this week due to DCAS testing

Reading Logs

• Reading Log Document attached - Reading Log Form
• Students should read at least 15 minutes each night to strengthen their comprehension skills and increase their vocabulary. Reading logs are to be kept by the student, signed by the parent, and turned in each Wednesday for a homework grade.
  • In addition to the reading students will also have a weekly Reading Response Question to complete. This will count as a writing grade.
• Social Studies text and Science text can be used to fulfill the reading log requirements.
• Students are welcome to borrow books from the classroom library or MOT Charter School's library.
