BOARD MEMBER JENNIFER LYN TAYLOR
Jennifer was born and raised in Texas, where all of her family still remain. She spent her senior year of high school abroad, studying at the Christelijk Lyceum Arnhem in Arnhem, The Netherlands, and she speaks fluent Dutch. In 1997, Jennifer graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in Education.
Before becoming a "mostly stay-at-home" mom, Jennifer held positions in two private firms and one nonprofit organization, as a public relations and educational consultant. She currently works on a project-basis for the Delaware Charter Schools Network, Inc. Jennifer is involved in a variety of community service works, and has spent the past three years working on public education reform in Delaware.
Jennifer and her husband James have one child, Carson(1). James currently serves on the Red Clay Consolidated School District Public School Board.
